Chef Thierry Blouet—Maître Cuisinier de France and founder of the celebrated Café des Artistes in Puerto Vallarta since 1990—brings his third Mexican fine dining address to the JW Marriott Puerto Los Cabos. The restaurant unfolds across three distinct areas for up to 100 guests, with an octopus-on-ice display at the entrance announcing the kitchen's seafood conviction. The tasting menu spans softshell crab, suckling pig, foie gras à l'orange (Grandma's recipe), and the showpiece Flower Pot dessert with three mousses. Over 300 wine labels in a dedicated cave; the P'yote mezcal and agave bar is a destination in itself.
